Policies at Customized Designs by K

All custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger orders (more than 30 items), please provide a 30 day notice. A rush order fee starting at $25, depending on order size, will be applied to any order placed after this requirement.
Payments are due in full at the time an order is placed.

If a logo is needing to be designed for your order, a Logo Creation fee of $75 will be applied. This will include 3 different logo designs in which you are able to pick 1 final logo out of the 3 for additional revisions until the design is to your satisfaction. 
Designs for each order will be sent to you for final approval before being added to your item for completion.

Pre-designed items can be bought through the Shop page. Please allow 5-7 business days to get orders processed and ready for shipment, as designs do not get pressed onto apparel items until time of order submission.
All sales are final.
